We’re growing and looking to hire an Enterprise Sales Director - Northeast, who embodies our core values: People First, Customer Obsession, Strive for Excellence, and Integrity. In this position, you will work closely with a high-performance sales and sales engineer team to help customers secure their most critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Sales Director, Your impact will be:

  • Manage and drive strong relationships with global customers
  • Execute land-and-expand campaigns, from POC to large deployments
  • Rainmaker and deal closer; achieve/ exceed target enterprise sales goals
  • Build a business case and present the value of Claroty’s solution to end users prolifically
  • Generate qualified appointments and pipeline opportunities
  • Attend industry conferences and events periodically



Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • 12+ years of Direct Sales experience, ideally selling to Enterprise industrial companies
  • Proven experience selling into industries such as Electrical Utilities, Food & Beverage, Heavy Industries, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Mining & Minerals, Water & Waste Utilities Transportation
  • Existing contacts in large/enterprise Industrial accounts, IT Security, CISO, CIO, Engineering Executives
  • Previous experience collaborating with large partners, global SIs, MSSPs, and local VARs (as direct touch sales)
  • Ability to prospect and penetrate into large enterprises, navigating in large organizations
  • Proven track record in closing large-scale enterprise deals 6-digits and above
  • Previous experience in the field of ICS (Industrial Control Systems)- plus
  • Experience in selling Network Security products-plus
  • Experience working in a Cybersecurity company
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Adaptability, flexibility, positive energy and integrity
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-finding and solving skills
  • Willing to travel when required
  • Preferred Location - Northeast (NY, NJ, PA, MA)

Expected compensation for the role is between $140,000- $150,000 + commission. This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, or other forms of payment. Pay will be by experience level, but those outside the salary band are welcome to apply.
