Our sales organization culture is dynamic, high energy and well versed on our industry. In this role you will develop new business opportunities in our Financial Services & Insurance verticals. We are looking for an individual that understands Financial Services & Insurance technology and can represent Ushur to our customers as a top-tier enterprise software sales professional. This position will require about 30% travel.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting financial services and insurance clients to achieve revenue goals
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within target organizations to build a robust pipeline
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and deliver tailored client solutions
  • Conduct impactful presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our platform
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs
  • Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Track performance metrics and report on key outcomes to senior leadership

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on financial services and insurance industries
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas and driving large, complex deals
  • Deep knowledge of financial services and insurance operations, challenges, and digital transformation trends
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
