About Us:

Terminal builds software that digitizes, optimizes and automates the last major missing piece of the logistics technology value chain  leveraging best-in-class machine learning. Our platform provides warehouse operators with the intelligence needed to optimize their usage of trucks, trailers, chassis, containers and personnel. These are the fundamental operating assets of commerce - and represent the last great frontier of untapped data. In the process, Terminal will address many industry-wide pain points, including compliance, manual processes, equipment location, phantom costs, and labor inefficiencies. Ultimately, Terminal will become the central nervous system for the yard, seamlessly connecting all data sources to support an extensive range of essential functions.

Overview:

Our world class vision engineering team has built an engine that can process the movement of trucks and containers in real-time. It’s now time to unlock the potential of that engine by building SaaS applications that leverage the vision engine to transform the logistics industry.

We’re hiring our first Account Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in driving the sales and adoption of our SaaS applications for logistics yards. Your primary focus will be on engaging with enterprise and mid-market prospects and customers  in the logistics sector, understanding their unique challenges, and demonstrating how Terminal’s technology can deliver unparalleled value and efficiency.  You’ll play a key role in building relationships, nurturing leads, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire and expand enterprise and mid-market accounts within the logistics sector.

  • Currently own the full sales cycle with inside sales support—from prospecting and initial outreach to negotiation, close, and long-term account management.

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, operational leaders, and IT stakeholders.

  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our AI and computer vision engine-based SaaS applications.

  • Tailor sales strategies to effectively engage both enterprise and mid-market customers, adapting messaging and approach based on company size, pain points, and buying processes.

  • Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasting in our CRM.

  • Provide feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to influence future product development based on customer feedback.

  • Meet and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, preferably in logistics technology or a related industry.

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, with success selling to large, complex organizations with multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; with a strong ability to engage senior executives and align solutions to business needs.

  • Experience managing long sales cycles and closing high-value contracts.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.

  • A commitment to being a student of the industry, maintaining product knowledge and understanding technical aspects of our SaaS offerings and vision engine.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

What We Offer:

Joining the Terminal team means being part of a dynamic, innovative environment where your work directly impacts the future of logistics and the global supply chain. You will work closely with a team of experts passionate about operational excellence and technological innovation. We offer competitive salaries, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth.
