About Aspire

Aspire.io is the world’s first word-of-mouth commerce platform that leverages your brand’s ambassadors, influencers, affiliates, customers, user-generated content, and social ads to accelerate marketing results across paid, owned, and earned channels. Since 2014, Aspire’s industry-leading software platform, combined with our award-winning Agency Services team, has served household names such as M&Ms, Keurig, Samsung, HelloFresh, Dyson, and many other high-growth ecommerce companies while paying out $100M to creators around the world.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team during a pivotal period of growth. In this role, you’ll work directly with brands generating $500M+ in revenue, gaining a deep understanding of their marketing needs and challenges. You’ll build relationships, educate prospects on how they can drive success using both the Aspire platform and our managed services, and ultimately close high-impact deals.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of building a book of business and managing the full sales cycle. More than anything, we’re looking for a dynamic closer—someone who can get in the room with senior marketing executives, impress them with our technology, and inspire them with our vision for the future.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional eager to make a significant impact and establish themselves as a top performer in a fast-growing company.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Own the entire sales process for new and existing enterprise customers, from discovery calls to contract negotiation
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and build a strong sales pipeline, leveraging social selling techniques and proactively growing your own book of business
  • Navigate complex deals and negotiate favorable terms while working with and aligning multiple decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Leverage strong consultative selling skills to uncover customer pain points, position tailored solutions, and build positive, long-lasting relationships
  • Represent Aspire with deep product knowledge and sales acumen, crafting compelling proposals that clearly highlight the value proposition of Aspire, and confidently presenting them to senior-level executives
  • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas, with strong compensation tied to your performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across internal teams to generate client-specific marketing solutions

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software and/or professional services, consistently closing 6-figure or larger deals
  • Proven history of exceeding revenue targets
  • Track record of landing big logos and expanding business across multiple lines of service
  • Proven ability to close complex deals and negotiate favorable terms with large organizations
  • Experience social selling and building your own book of business
  • Proven experience prospecting and selling to marketing teams, with a focus on engaging senior leadership within enterprise-level brands
  • Strong knowledge of the influencer marketing and/or social media marketing space, with a solid understanding of industry trends, best practices, and the challenges today’s brand marketers face
  • Experience navigating complex organizations and aligning multiple stakeholders across departments
  • Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM to manage your pipeline, track progress, and report on sales activities
  • Ability to juggle multiple opportunities at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with strong presentation skills
  • Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset, willing to work cross-functionally with internal teams
