The Account Executive role is focused on acquiring large enterprise clients for Incorta by demonstrating the transformative potential of our platform. You will play a key role in guiding prospects through the process of understanding how Incorta can address their business needs, providing compelling use cases, and justifying the investment through clear return on investment (ROI) analysis. We are seeking individuals with strong technical acumen who are not only skilled in sales but also passionate about analytics and customer engagement. Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of the technical aspects of our platform and the ability to effectively communicate its value to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for your assigned territory.
  • Effectively present and differentiate Incorta’s hyper-converged analytics platform to potential clients.
  • Leverage your curiosity to identify and explore valuable use cases for prospective customers.
  • Demonstrate how our platform’s speed can drive informed business decisions and solve critical challenges.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass monthly/quarterly sales targets and activity goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 6+ years of proven sales experience within your designated territory, with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with a consultative, curiosity-driven sales approach, particularly in selling innovative technologies within early-stage or rapidly growing companies.
  • A solid understanding of partner ecosystem dynamics and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with partners to drive business growth and scale operations.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, startup environment, with the agility and resourcefulness to thrive under pressure and adapt to evolving market conditions.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, utilizing the platform to manage leads, opportunities, and customer relationships effectively.
  • A strong preference for candidates who possess sales experience in the data and data analytics software space, with a deep understanding of how analytics can drive business insights and decision-making.
