What you will do

As a SuiteCloud Developer Manager with Bryant Park Consulting you will be responsible for serving as lead technical consultant on end-to-end implementations of NetSuite scripted customizations and data integrations for our Clients within the context of their overall digital transformation initiatives. Client stakeholders and other consultants on the team will look up to you for technical leadership and systems architecture advisory based on your extensive technical NetSuite and business systems transformation experience.

  • Be proactive and serve as the Client's advocate during engagements
  • Collaborate with functional counterparts to deliver custom solutions to meet Client requirements
  • Lead technical discovery and requirements gathering workshops
  • Translate complex business requirements and processes into technical designs
  • Lead technical process mapping/reengineering and future state technical design for integrations and customizations 
  • Challenge client and other project team members on requirements definition and ensure technical approach aligns to leading practices
  • Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support technical requirements gathering and design
  • Draft technical design documents for review and approval by Client
  • Actively participates in code reviews
  • Manage scope and requirements and work within budget/allocation at all times
  • Lead Technical Development or Review Workshops and complete Offline Development Activities
  • Lead Technical activities in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Systems Interface Testing (SIT)
  • Lead System Administrator Knowledge Transfer and Enablement planning and execution activities
  • Define data conversion/migration strategy and related technical specifications and lead data migration activities
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to Clients post go-live as needed
  • Lead and/or support technical project management activities such as status meetings, planning, and change control
  • Assist in technical scoping of new projects as needed to support the continued growth of the firm
  • Contribute to internal company initiatives including go-to-market efforts, knowledge management, and enablement
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in all areas as required by customer engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience, 8+ full life cycle implementations
  • Git / SDF Experience
  • NetSuite Certifications heavily preferred - SuiteCloud Developer I, II
  • Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and time management skills
  • Ability to successfully manage client and team interactions, and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Capable of designing end-to-end solutions with SuiteCloud Platform tools (SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk)
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment
  • Eagerness to mentor junior staff

Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
