The Role

As the Employee Communications and Engagement Manager, you will drive communication and initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, promote collaboration and engagement, and reinforce our values. You will lead high exposure projects that drive culture and impact the organization. 


What You Will Do

  • Developing, implementing and maintaining comprehensive internal communications and employee engagement strategies that aligns with our mission, values and business objectives.
  • Working with marketing, HR, and other relevant departments to amplify engagement and internal communication initiatives.
  • Designing and executing effective communication strategies keeping employees informed about company updates, initiatives and achievements.
  • Creating and implementing feedback mechanisms for proactive, regular employee input and insights.
  • Collaborating with HR and leadership teams to integrate engagement initiatives across HR events and programs.
  • Continuing to build a culture of recognition to celebrate achievements, contributions and milestones.
  • Utilizing employee engagement metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of initiatives to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Generating regular reports to communicate engagement trends and progress to leadership and stakeholders.


What You Need to Succeed

  • 3+ years of Internal Communications experience
  • Extensive experience in project management with high exposure cross-functional teams
  • In-depth knowledge of employee engagement and communication strategies, best practices and industry trends
  • HR  experience (employee engagement/employee experience)
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful engagement initiatives

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $71,500-$95,500. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.


Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
