Job Overview

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Email Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and optimize our email marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for driving customer engagement, increasing conversions, and improving retention through strategic email communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email best practices, automation, segmentation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement email marketing strategies to support business goals, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns, including promotional, lifecycle, and transactional emails.
• Oversee email list segmentation and personalization strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Manage A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to continuously refine messaging, design, and targeting.
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices, including compliance with CAN-SPAM and other regulations.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop compelling email content and visuals.
• Monitor key performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, deliverability) and report insights with actionable recommendations.
• Implement and optimize automation workflows, drip campaigns, and triggered emails.
• Stay updated on the latest email marketing trends, tools, and technologies to enhance performance.

Qualifications & Skills
• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in media.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Sailthru, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo).
• Strong knowledge of email best practices, segmentation, and deliverability.
• Experience with A/B testing, analytics tools, and performance tracking.
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email formatting is a plus.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
