Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Product Manager to optimize our digital commerce experience, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce, SaaS-based models, or D2C marketing and excels at improving online user experiences.

In this role you will get to:

  • Develop and execute the digital commerce roadmap.
  • Improve conversion rates through UX enhancements, A/B testing, and checkout optimizations.
  • Increase cart additions, reduce abandonment, and drive upsell/cross-sell strategies.
  • Develop and execute retention strategies for subscription products.
  • Optimize e-commerce experience for seamless renewals.
  • Maintain e-commerce dashboards and track key performance metrics.
  • Align with business units and document workflows.
  • Establish clear stakeholder communication and request management.
  • Lead website refresh efforts for a consistent user experience.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce product management, preferably in a SaaS-based or D2C marketing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (BigCommerce preferred) and digital commerce tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in subscription retention strategies and optimizing digital commerce workflows.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, CX, and Data Engineering.
  • Strong vendor management experience with third-party commerce and analytics tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
