Day-To-Day:

Develop and implement a consistent and comprehensive content strategy that aligns with sales goals and drives engagement.

Leverage data to provide actionable insights and measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.

Design and execute a robust onboarding program that accelerates new hire productivity and integration, with a focus on accountability.

Create and manage career development programs that support the growth and advancement of sales team members.

Ensure consistency and quality in instructional design across all training programs.

Oversee the creation of high-quality, impactful content across several modalities that supports sales efforts and drives performance.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years proven experience in sales enablement.
