About the Role:  

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Relationship Management to join our team. This role will focus on overseeing the success of one key client, cultivating a strong partnership, and driving mutual growth and satisfaction. The Director of Relationship Management will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment, measure performance, and develop strategies that enhance the client's experience and business outcomes.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for the client. Build and nurture relationships at all levels to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with the client's objectives and drive mutual growth. Continuously assess opportunities for expansion and enhancement of services.
  • Partner with internal teams (marketing, legal, sales enablement, product, business intelligence, etc.) to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives. Leverage internal resources to deliver exceptional value and support to the client.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of the partnership. Regularly monitor and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Proactively identify issues or challenges and work collaboratively to develop and implement solutions. Ensure timely resolution of client concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to manage contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and opportunities for upselling are maximized.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reviews and strategic updates to the client. Communicate effectively both internally and externally to ensure clarity and alignment on objectives and progress

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years proven experience in client relationship management or account management, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, legal, sales, product, and business intelligence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.

Location: Remote with occasional travel required to client sites as needed.

Additional Details:

At Health-E Commerce, our goal is to provide an offer that supports growth potential within the role and allows for future salary progression. Final compensation is evaluated on various factors which include but aren’t limited to experience, skills, internal equity among peers, and geographic location. 

  • Compensation: $150,000 - 190,000
  • Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility: Up to 10%
