Reddit is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our Ads Measurement efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing product strategy for mission critical products end-to-end, including a) ads signals and attribution; b) advanced performance measurement products such as conversion lift, split testing; c) 3p measurement, as well as various new innovative features for Identity and privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs).

 This position requires deep ads measurement expertise as well as the ability to partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, UX and Sales. 

Responsibilities:

  • Be an expert on the methodologies of our growing measurement suite, including campaign delivery metrics, audience reach, attribution, brand lift, conversion lift, and privacy
  • Identify key industry partners that Reddit should integrate to ease advertiser adoption of CAPI and provide needed data/signals for the Ads systems
  • Define the overall ads measurement, signals and ads privacy  vision and product strategy
  • Set roadmaps for a broad portfolio of products as well as cross functional efforts; define OKRs to guide teams and manage execution of the same
  • Experience being a key member of the leadership team, advising and setting strategy for the future of the Reddit Ads products
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams across Consumer, Sales, Product Marketing and others to define and achieve common goals

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of PM leadership or equivalent experience building, executing and scaling >1M user consumer internet products
  • Experience delivering a roadmap and executing on ad measurement products
  • Experience building highly scalable consumer and/or Ads products.   
  • Proven experience in building & running high-performing, diverse & inclusive teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to manage, mentor and motivate a team, as well as align a diverse set of stakeholders towards a common goal
  • Experience working with Executive-level leadership

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base pay range for this position is:

$260,800$365,100 USD
