Vasion is looking for a Director, Enterprise Sales who exemplifies our core values and wants to be part of our growing team. Vasion offers a flexible working environment for our 300+ employees across the world, including at our global headquarters in St. George, Utah, or in one of our other offices in the UK, Germany, and Lehi, Utah.

The ideal candidate has a demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas while serving as a leader and performer and loves the challenges that come with selling both established and new products into the market. The right candidate will thrive in a highly entrepreneurial, dynamic, and collaborative environment where people are driven, enthusiastic, accountable, and not afraid to take calculated risks. You will lead our strategic efforts to expand market share and drive revenue growth within large enterprise accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage a team of Account Executives (AEs) responsible for driving revenue growth within the general, non-vertical-focused business.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the AE team to exceed sales goals and foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, forecast sales, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
  • Work closely with the finance, operations, product, and marketing teams to provide customer feedback to improve our offerings and customer experience.
  • Work with senior management to devise and implement innovative go-to-market strategies.
  • Increase license counts with the current customer base along with growing the adoption of our new product sets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in B2B sales leadership roles within the SaaS industry, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience selling software/hardware technology solutions is preferred.
  • Must have experience with technology tools such as SFDC, DOMO, and other tools.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
