  • Lead with purpose. Develop and execute multi-year strategies that align technology advancements with business goals and customer needs.

How we work:

We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration. For most roles, our employees work three or more days in our offices, where they have the opportunity to collaborate in-person, adding richness to our culture and knitting us closer together.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners
  • Strong ability to coach and mentor other engineering leaders
  • Strong software engineering instincts: meaningful and deeply rooted opinions about sound architecture, code quality, and testing.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment and excel under pressure, with experience working on sophisticated, large-scale, time-critical projects.
  • A driven and data-informed product development approach.
