At Fleetworthy, you’re in the driver’s seat! 

Fleetworthy, the only technology suite for fleet safety, compliance, and efficiency, is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to drive our digital strategy and optimize our online experience and investments. This role will oversee all digital marketing initiatives, optimize performance through continuous experimentation, and manage multiple corporate websites. The ideal candidate is a data-driven digital marketing leader with deep expertise in SEO, SEM, CRO, and website optimization and management and has successfully managed high-budget SEM campaigns ($100K-$200K/month) with a focus on lead conversion, ROAS, and marketing originated pipeline. 

We are looking for a digital marketing leader who thrives in high-growth Enterprise SaaS and self-service/Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments, leveraging digital channels to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution 

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals, driving demand generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. 
    • Oversee and optimize SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, paid social) to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and impact marketing originated pipeline. 
    • Lead SEO and CRO initiatives, ensuring continuous website optimization for search rankings, user experience, and conversion rate improvements. 
    • Manage four corporate websites across major brands, overseeing site structure, content strategy, and performance tracking. 
    • Implement and optimize A/B testing, personalization, and audience targeting to enhance lead generation and engagement. 
    • Drive self-service acquisition and PLG growth strategies to convert website visitors and free and trial users into paying customers. 

    Team Leadership & Agency Management 

    • Lead and mentor a team of in-house and external digital marketing professionals, including contractors and agencies. 
    • Partner with external agencies to maximize digital investments, ensuring cost efficiency and high performance across paid search, display, and programmatic channels. 
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams to align digital strategies with broader business objectives. 

    Performance Analytics & Optimization 

    • Track and report key digital marketing KPIs, including website traffic, lead conversions, pipeline impact, and campaign ROI. 
    • Use analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker, Marketo, Salesforce) to derive actionable insights and refine marketing strategies. 
    • Leverage data-driven insights to scale self-service revenue and PLG motion, optimizing digital touchpoints for frictionless conversions. 

 Experience and Competencies

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEM, SEO, website management, and conversion rate optimization. 
  • Proven track record managing high-budget SEM campaigns ($100K-$200K/month) with a focus on pipeline and revenue impact. 
  • Experience leading multiple websites across brands and driving SEO strategy and UX improvements. 
  • Strong background in marketing analytics, performance reporting, and data-driven decision-making. 
  • SaaS and self-service/Product-Led Growth (PLG) experience strongly preferred. 
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with an eye for detail. 
  • Strong ability to lead, collaborate, and influence across teams and vendors. 
  • Experience with Google Ads, GA4, and Salesforce is required.  Experience with Marketo, 6sense, Monday.com, and other MarTech tools is highly preferred. 

Compensation Range: 

  • $140,000 - $170,000 USD yearly + Bonus
