What sets us apart? Our software is easy to use, and we truly care about our customers' success. Due to a relationship built on trust, they see us as a partner rather than just another vendor.

We’re looking for a Director of Demand Generation to join and lead our demand generation team. You'll oversee all aspects and channels, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, conversion rate optimization, and events.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter who can balance setting a strategic vision and executing at a high quality and pace. You have a strong bias towards action and an ability to ruthlessly prioritize. You’re obsessed with data and focus on trackability, measurement, and ROI.

You will create pipeline growth and optimize Limble’s marketing funnel performance. You should have strong experience executing and delivering successful lead generation programs in a SaaS-based company and extra points if you’ve worked in a technology company serving maintenance professionals. You are a high-energy and results-oriented collaborator who can work closely with leaders across the organization to identify challenges and develop solutions to achieve success quickly.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing demand generation team, establishing a culture of ownership, creativity, and high quality execution

  • Establish clear KPIs, reporting frameworks, and attribution models to measure program effectiveness and communicate impact to executive leadership

  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing spend allocation based on performance data to maximize ROI across channels

  • Orchestrate integrated campaigns across digital advertising, content marketing, email, social media, webinars, and events to engage target accounts and personas

  • Drive tight alignment with sales through collaborative planning, regular communication channels, and shared pipeline responsibility with the XDR team

  • Design and implement account-based marketing strategies that complement broader demand efforts to penetrate strategic accounts

  • Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategy for maximum impact

  • Forge strong communications with sales and customer success teams, and support lead flow service level agreements (SLAs) between marketing and sales.

  • Be an active member of the Marketing leadership team at Limble, helping evaluate and make explicit strategic tradeoffs for the business across all markets and functions

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing

  • 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry

  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (current tech stack includes Hubspot, Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Airtable, Wordpress, Outreach and more)

  • Track record of successfully leading and developing teams

Benefits:

  • $160,000 - $190,000 OTE

  • Fully remote position

  • Stock options

  • Flexible PTO

  • 11 paid company holidays

  • Paid parental leave

  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance

  • Employer paid Basic Life insurance and Short-Term Disability insurance

  • Company contribution match for HSA and 401(k)

  • Monthly employee wellness stipend

  • Opportunities for professional development stipends

  • Pet insurance
