As our Director, Customer Partner you will work hand in hand with internal R1 service delivery and operational teams to align operational objectives, understand current performance levels, and identify and develop remediation plans for any risks identified. Every day you will oversee staff and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to carry out key objectives. To thrive in this role, you must execute the R1 strategy as a team member who can translate everyday learnings into best practices, optimizing performance, and leading the transformation. 

 

Here’s what you will experience working as a Director, Customer Partner: 

  • Responsible for day-to-day leadership and management of end-to-end or co-managed revenue cycle engagement.

  • Support internal efforts to improve KLAS and NPS scores and related activities.

  • Work to develop standardized templates for both analysis and client presentations that can be leveraged both on the specific client’s need but also across other R1 clients.

  •  Support R1 functional leaders on decisions regarding daily operations within assigned hospital(s).

 

 Required Skills: 

  •  At least 8-10 years of operational experience with at least 4+ years in progressive leadership roles.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $109,118.00 - $187,269.24 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 20.00%
