Ping Identity is seeking an innovative and results-driven Director of Creative Services to lead our design, video, and copywriting teams. This role is pivotal in crafting and executing compelling creative concepts and assets that resonate with enterprise audiences, drive brand integrity, and accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate is a seasoned creative leader with a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams, collaborating cross-functionally, and excelling at both strategic visioning and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and inspire the design, video, and copywriting teams, driving innovation and ensuring alignment with the company’s brand strategy and business priorities
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that enhance Ping’s brand positioning and effectively communicate Ping’s value proposition to global audiences
  • Enhance and serve as guardian for Ping’s visual identity, tone of voice, and storytelling standards
  • Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to define and execute impactful creative assets that support campaigns, product launches, customer engagement, and growth initiatives
  • Ensure all assets - visual, written, and video - are cohesive, engaging, and tailored to Ping’s audiences
  • Champion creative excellence, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration across all creative disciplines
  • Lead, mentor and develop a talented team, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring delivery of high quality outputs
  • Manage resource allocation and implement best practices to improve efficiency, quality, and time-to-market for creative deliverables

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years in creative roles, include experience leading creative teams in-house, managing corporate brand identity, and agency based experience
  • Proven success leading creative strategies and developing concepts that support demand generation, product marketing, and brand campaigns with an understanding of digital marketing best practices
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and manage multi-disciplinary teams, and a collaborative, detail oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in a broad range of creative and collaboration tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Figma, Canva, Powerpoint, Google Suite, Asana, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to advocate for creative concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels

Salary Range: $165,000 - $200,000

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
