Deepgram Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director, Channel Sales & Business Development to join our team. As a Director, Channel Sales & Business Development responsible for partner sell-to/through revenue, you will be responsible for driving sell-to/through, with a set of named Deepgram conversational AI and contact center partners. As the member of a strategic team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our company by establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships that contribute to our partner sales revenue goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, partners, and customers to identify opportunities, create go-to-market strategies, and execute plans that maximize revenue generation.

What you’ll do

  • Foster strong relationships with partners through regular communication in order to define value propositions and positioning for joint solutions

  • Drive named partner sales through established partners, continuously refining and optimizing our sell-to/through strategies 

  • Build partner sell-to/through pipeline growth by actively identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into opportunities

  • Participate in partner + customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations to help close sell-to/through deals

  • Work across the organization to build product partner materials for both internal and external parties

  • Monitor and report on the progress of sell-to/through opportunities, ensuring alignment with revenue targets

  • Identify and onboard new strategic partners aligned with Deepgram's product offerings and target markets

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies that could impact partner sell-to/through initiatives

What you bring:

  • Proven track record in channel sales, business development, partner management, or sales roles within the technology industry.

  • Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sell-to/through activities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong ability to work across departments to set and achieve goals

Compensation Range: $175K - $225K
