We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Channel Partners & Go-to-Market Strategy to lead the strategy and execution of building and scaling partner programs in a recurring software and services business. Operating within the MarTech and Digital Experience space, this role is pivotal to driving market penetration and revenue growth across private enterprise and public sector markets.

As the Director, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of partners, including resellers, affiliate partners, systems integrators, digital agencies, cloud marketplaces, and business consultancies. You will design and execute programs that empower partners to deliver exceptional value to customers while scaling the organization’s reach and impact.

Reporting directly to the CRO, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, Product, and Finance teams. You will lead a global team of fewer than five team members.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Define and execute a comprehensive channel and Route to Market (RTM) strategy to drive partner engagement, market expansion, and revenue growth.
    • Identify and prioritize key partner types and opportunities across private enterprise and public sector markets.
  • Program Design & Execution:
    • Build scalable, repeatable partner programs, including recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and performance management.
    • Develop incentive structures, pricing strategies, and co-marketing initiatives to align partner success with company goals.
  • Revenue Growth:
    • Own the channel revenue targets and ensure measurable growth through partner-led opportunities.
    • Monitor and analyze partner performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI to continuously refine strategies.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing global team of less than five, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with Sales to ensure alignment on pipeline generation and deal closure strategies.
    • Work closely with Marketing to design partner campaigns, events, and lead-generation programs.
    • Collaborate with Customer Success and Delivery to ensure seamless customer experiences and retention.
    • Align with Product and Finance teams to define go-to-market priorities, pricing, and margin strategies.

Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of experience in channel and partner management, preferably in the MarTech, Digital Experience, or SaaS industries.
    • Proven track record of designing and scaling successful partner programs that drive measurable revenue growth.
    • Experience with diverse partner ecosystems, including resellers, systems integrators, cloud marketplaces, and digital agencies.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a global team.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across functions, geographies, and organizational levels.
    • Analytical mindset with expertise in measuring partner performance, ROI, and market impact.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Experience with public sector partnerships is a plus.
