Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic development and ongoing optimization of the organization's websites, lead generation landing pages, and mobile experiences.

  • Oversee integration and management of third-party platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal functionality.

  • Drive Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy and implementation to increase organic visibility and traffic.

  • Manage content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management tools.

  • Monitor website performance, user behavior, and digital analytics to inform strategic decisions.

  • Supervise User Experience (UX) team.

  • Ensure development and maintenance of user journey maps for different audience segments.

  • Conduct regular user research and testing to identify pain points and opportunities.

  • Create and implement personalization strategies across digital platforms and implement abandoned cart marketing.

  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize user experiences and conversion rates.

  • Stay current with digital trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

  • Manage relationships with technology vendors.

  • Oversee website security protocols and compliance requirements.

  • Coordinate with Business Technology on system integrations and technical requirements.

  • Support usage of Salesforce and marketing automation tools as key stakeholder.

  • Ensure mobile responsiveness across all digital properties.

  • Develop and implement roadmap to drive engagement and conversion.

  • Manage marketing automation workflows and lead scoring systems.

  • Create comprehensive analytics dashboards and reporting systems.

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and Return on Investment (ROI) metrics..

  • Design and implement member-exclusive digital features and content.

  • Manage the development of self-service tools and resources.

  • Supervise digital onboarding processes for new members.

  • Create personalized member communication strategies.

Position Requirements:

  • This position is Remote.

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience is Required.

  • 8+ years of digital experience is Required.

  • 1+ years of people leader experience is Required.

  • Experience managing complex digital projects and platforms is Required.

  • Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices is Required.

  • Experience with analytics tools (ex: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is Required.

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles and tools (ex: SEMrush, Ahrefs) is Required.

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (ex: WordPress, WebFlow), CRM systems, and marketing automation tools (ex: HubSpot) is Required.
