Job Summary:

We are seeking a Development Operations Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to support and optimize our development infrastructure. The ideal candidate will specialize in Jenkins and the Atlassian toolchain, ensuring efficient and reliable CI/CD workflows. This role will involve collaborating with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline automation, improve deployment pipelines, and maintain robust DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
  • Administer and optimize the Atlassian toolchain, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket
  • Automate deployment, monitoring, and management processes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve build and release workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CI/CD pipeline failures and inefficiencies.
  • Implement best practices for configuration management and infrastructure as code.
  • Ensure security and compliance in DevOps processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Development Operations or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Jenkins for automation and pipeline management.
  • Strong expertise in the Atlassian toolchain (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Groovy) for automation.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and branching strategies.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Understanding of DevSecOps principles and security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
