The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Demo Strategist to drive next-generation demonstrability of Adobe’s product releases. In this role, you will partner with Product Management, Solution Consultants, and Marketing teams to develop compelling demos for content & collaboration products, passionate about GenStudio and adjacent technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborative Prioritization

  • Proactively evaluate product release plans and prioritize demonstration needs.
  • Help align the demonstration roadmap with new product features, ensuring timely creation of new assets.

Business Analysis

  • Identify business challenges, customer objectives, and desired outcomes.
  • Engage with team members to clearly understand the technical and business needs to support effective demonstrations.
  • Plan and align innovative product capabilities, ensuring a clear and practical demonstration of the solution’s value.

Demonstration Development

  • Distill technical capabilities into an engaging, demo narratives that clearly communicate high impact use cases and customer personas.
  • Identify customized tooling requirements that provide scalable functionality or improve the efficiency of existing configuration & preparation processes
  • Develop and deliver high-quality demonstrations of the technology using various mediums, including clickable presentations, narrated videos, and/ or live demos.
  • Collect, compile, and assemble a comprehensive bill of materials for each demonstration, including Value Proposition, Customer Journey Map, Data, and Content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a shared services, pre-sales, or solutions consulting role, ideally within a marketing technology company.
  • Solid understanding of technology products and translating technical features into clear business value.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling stories and presentations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including solutions consulting, product management, product marketing.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping, use cases, and value proposition design.
  • Experience with demonstration creation tools (clickable presentations, video editing, etc.) is a plus.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $141,200 -- $234,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
