The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data using Excel and other tools, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
TechOp Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Excel Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to our data-driven decision-making process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset coupled with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Perform detailed analysis of datasets using Excel and other analytical tools to derive actionable insights
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes
- Present findings and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner, using Excel charts, graphs, and pivot tables.
Required Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Ability to identify opportunities for efficiencies in work processes and innovative approaches
- Project Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-5 years of data analysis experience.
Desirable Skills:
- Intermediate Microsoft PowerBI proficiency
- Python and/or SQL experience
- Business Process Improvement experience
- Supply Chain, Telematics, and/or Fleet/Asset Management experience
