Job Description SummaryThe Customer Data Management & Data Quality Leader is a hands-on execution leader providing support to the Customer Data Management Director through direct customer engagement, management of contractors, and partnership with senior leaders and Enterprise Data Management. The successful candidate will be a strong, decisive, results oriented leader who can develop and manage relationships across cross functional teams and contractors based on trust, teamwork, and knowledge.Job Description

  • In this role, you will:
    • Enable a proactive data management culture by applying data quality, management, and governance subject matter expertise to champion, influence, and support a culture of managing data as an asset.  This includes driving adherence to enterprise data management policies and processes.
    • Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence objectives, plans, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs
    • Apply foundational knowledge of Data Management best practices, standards, and policies.
    • Implement and manage CRUD, data definitions/dictionaries and support business glossaries
    • Builds business rules and profiles data within Informatic allowing for accurate reporting of data quality metrics
    • Responsible for enforcing data policies and governing business rules, seeking remediation when they are identified
    • Communicate results of internal metrics gathered on data quality and source audits, scorecards, dashboards, and surveys
    • Identify Data Quality improvement needs and determine root causes of data quality issues
    • Approve and set priorities & timelines for areas of focus and for identified DG & DQ improvement projects
    • Partner with groups enterprise wide to coordinate and drive collaboration on data quality standard work implementation and remediation execution
    • Evaluate the efficiency of workflow procedures by monitoring and maintaining efficiency in accordance with evolving company needs and improvements
    • Identify inconsistencies and revise processing techniques to improve deliverables and maximize productivity
    • Analyze the impact of changes to downstream systems/products and recommend alternatives to minimize the impact.
    • Derive solutions and make recommendations from deep dive data analysis proactively.
    • Recommend remediation of process or control gaps that align to management strategy
    • Effectively communicate and manage escalations to leadership
    • Help drive business process change by influencing business partners  
    • Proactively manage data operations support demand against available capacity, prioritize effectively, and leverage lean management techniques to deliver efficient support aligned with prioritization.

         Education Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
  • 5+ years' experience in Customer Information Management, Master Data Management, or Data Governance.

  • Data Management professional with knowledge and understanding of data management concepts such as data stewardship, data lineage, data quality, metadata, etc. including data quality and solving complex data challenges
  • Passionate about driving change and influencing transformational change
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnering relationships across the company at all levels (persuasive, good listener and assimilator of ideas and perspectives).
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating and influencing business units to implement processes/procedures.
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize and operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; ability to deal with ambiguity and drive results often based on limited information.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage global resources (or contractors) as well as the ability to showcase teamwork skills to achieve common goals, provide resolutions, and share ideas.
  • Exposure to Master Data Management methodologies like Informatica
  • Exposure to Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) tools like Informatica or Talend
  • Exposure to industry standard data catalog, automated data discovery and data lineage tools (e.g., Alation, Collibra, etc., )

The base pay range for this position is $110,000 - $147,600. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 4/18/2025.
