At Sock Club, design isn’t just part of the process, it’s the heartbeat of our business. Every day, our 15-person design team in Austin works to wow our customers by delivering unique, high-quality sock designs that tell their stories. And we do it all for free.
We believe creativity shouldn’t be limited by cost. That’s why we offer custom designs within 24 hours, ensuring our customers get exactly what they need. But speed is a balancing act - move too fast, and we risk creativity; too slow, and we lose engagement. The magic is in the mix - delivering both speed and quality, without compromise.
To make this possible, we equip our designers with cutting-edge tools and technology. We make data-driven decisions, ensuring every investment scales both our costs and our customer impact. Growth is always our goal, but never at the expense of customer experience - we choose to invest in the right tools for sustainable, long-term success.
Right now, we keep doing things the same way, but we know there’s a smarter way to scale - one that enhances both efficiency and creativity. We’re looking for someone with the dedicated effort to help us find that path, ensuring that as we grow, our customer experience only gets better.
Are you the one to help us take it to the next level?
Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve Design Processes: Identify ways to make our design workflow faster and more efficient while maintaining quality.
  • Scale Smartly: Find the best ways to drive growth, whether by developing processes, implementing systems, or leveraging creativity - without overloading the design team or compromising customer experience.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Designers, Product, and Sales teams to test and implement better solutions.
  • Experiment & Innovate: Stay curious, explore new ideas, and help push the boundaries of what’s possible.
  • Use Data to Optimize: Analyze performance and customer feedback to refine our approach.

Perks & Benefits:

  • Generous PTO: Recharge when you need to.
  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: We’ve got you covered with health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401K Match: Plan for your future with our competitive match.
  • Casual, Inspiring Work Environment: Join a team that loves what they do and brings good vibes to work.
  • Hybrid Work Week: Enjoy a flexible work setup with in-office days Tuesday through Thursday. This role is not fully remote.
  • Competitive Pay: $85,000-$125,000
