At Sock Club, design isn’t just part of the process, it’s the heartbeat of our business. Every day, our 15-person design team in Austin works to wow our customers by delivering unique, high-quality sock designs that tell their stories. And we do it all for free.
We believe creativity shouldn’t be limited by cost. That’s why we offer custom designs within 24 hours, ensuring our customers get exactly what they need. But speed is a balancing act - move too fast, and we risk creativity; too slow, and we lose engagement. The magic is in the mix - delivering both speed and quality, without compromise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve Design Processes: Identify ways to make our design workflow faster and more efficient while maintaining quality.
• Scale Smartly: Find the best ways to drive growth, whether by developing processes, implementing systems, or leveraging creativity - without overloading the design team or compromising customer experience.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Designers, Product, and Sales teams to test and implement better solutions.
• Experiment & Innovate: Stay curious, explore new ideas, and help push the boundaries of what’s possible.
• Use Data to Optimize: Analyze performance and customer feedback to refine our approach.
