The Creative Lead and Designer is an out-of-the-box thinker and creative professional responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly digital and print design assets while ensuring our brand is consistent across the print and digital landscape. This individual brings fresh ideas and concepts for our campaigns, events, and overall creative approach. • Understand our target personas and how design helps communicate and attract those targets.

  • Help bring our event presence to life with booth design, product collateral, event promotions, and more.

  • Project manage multiple projects across stakeholders, creating and communicating priorities and timeframes.

  • Partner with executive presenters and product marketers to deliver polished, well-designed presentations and product overviews.

  • Manage, maintain, and update our brand elements and key branded products, such as logos, icon library, slide template, and brand guidelines.

  • Serve as our brand ambassador, ensuring everyone uses our brand and related graphic elements consistently and professionally.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in web and graphic design.

  • 2+ years of experience working with B2B software or technology, ideally with a fast-paced start-up.
