The Lee Tilford Agency is seeking a talented Creative Copywriter to join our team. The ideal candidate is strategically-minded, collaborative, and can elevate client projects with their creative solutions. He or she understands the fundamentals of the written word and creates clever, original messaging, all while collaborating with our Account Executives, Art Directors, & Video Editors/Producers.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates various long and short-form products, including TV commercial and radio scripts, print advertising, and digital content such as blog posts, social media copy, and ad copy.
  • Brainstorms and crafts compelling creative copy that resonates with our clients and their audiences. 
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop excellent creative work from ideation to production.
  • Have a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

EXPERIENCE:

  • A portfolio is required to demonstrate creative skills.
  • Experience with online content (blog writing, SEO content writing, email blasts, ad copy, social media, etc.)
  • Has excellent grammar and spelling skills.

This position is mostly remote, but the applicant must live in the Greater Austin area and be available to work at our studio 1-2 days a week. Employees are expected to be available and communicative during scheduled work hours of 8:30 am – 5:30 pm CST Mon-Fri via text, cell phone calls, office chat, and virtual meetings.
