About the Role:

 CrowdStrike is seeking a results-oriented Customer Development Manager who is ready to change the game! Leading a team of representatives (CDRs), you are responsible for driving pipeline generation for our customer sales teams. You thrive on in-person collaboration, a strong office culture, and cross-functional teaming. Your passion for on-boarding and mentoring CDRs will develop the future bench for our sales leaders. This role is hybrid, working  three days a week in the office. Residing within commuting distance of our Austin, TX office is required. 
 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a team to over-achieve targets and deliver high-quality pipeline.

  • Manage CDRs to execute on weekly campaigns, call-out days and KPIs including daily metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management.

  • Engage with CDRs and managers, sharing best practices in prospecting techniques, including phone, email, social outreach, and use of intent data; and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

  • Partner with Regional Directors and Sales Account Managers on territory development, and account planning.

  • Attract, hire, and develop world-class CDR talent

  • Coach, mentor and motivate to ensure a successful customer sales development team is in place and understands the role they play in generating revenue for the company.

  • Provide analysis and insights on pipeline creation, lead quality, and team performance to CDR and sales account manager leadership.

  • Collaborate with CDR stakeholders to ensure the team is supported to achieve goals i.e.) marketing, operations, enablement, etc.

  • Serve as a bench to the Corporate Sales Account Management teams by coaching & mentoring CDRs; and ensuring timely participation in CDR Readiness and Sales Readiness programs.

What You’ll Need:

  • 1+ years experience as a team lead or SDR/CDR manager

  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding pipeline targets and KPIs..

  • Strong EQ skills, practicing active-listening and empathy.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, 6Sense, and sales dashboards (Tableau, etc.)

  • Passion for coaching your SDRs/CDRs to higher performance.

  • Organized with problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Possess a growth-mindset: fast learner, motivated, and driven

  • Understands the cybersecurity landscape.

  • 1 year of closing experience for a technology company is a plus!

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to equal pay for equal work in its compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $74,000 - $130,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
