Position Summary 

 
The Internal Communications Specialist will play a key role in fostering a positive and engaged workplace culture by developing, managing, and executing strategic internal communication initiatives. Reporting into the CHRO, this role ensures that employees are informed, aligned with organizational goals, and feel connected to the company’s vision, mission, and values.  

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Create and distribute engaging content across various internal platforms, including email newsletters, intranet updates, and employee apps. 
  • Collaborate with leadership to craft and deliver messages that resonate with employees at all levels. 
  • Plan and manage communication campaigns for key initiatives, such as change management, policy updates, and new projects. 
  • Organize and support internal events, such as town halls, leadership briefings, ESG, and employee engagement
  • Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across all internal communication materials. 
  • Serve as an advisor to leadership on internal communication best practices.  

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. 
  • 5-7 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, for Human Resources and Executive Leadership. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency in communication tools such as intranet software, email marketing platforms, and graphic design tools is a plus. 
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments. 

Preferred Skills 

  • Experience with change management communication strategies. 
  • A creative approach to storytelling and content creation.
