ABOUT THIS ROLE

Financial Crimes Compliance ("FCC") Quality Review Analyst (Contracted position)

The Quality Review Analyst is responsible for reviewing, assessing, and reporting on the effectiveness and quality of work performed by Financial Crimes Compliance ("FCC") Staff. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting internal quality reviews, which involve call sampling, case reviews, and other quality assessment functions to ensure that FCC associates are delivering high-quality service to clients while adhering to established processes and procedures.
  • Assisting management in evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness and quality of the work performed by associates.
  • Utilizing a quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at both team and individual levels.
  • Preparing and analyzing internal quality reports for management review.
  • Collaborating with leadership and management to address any gaps identified during quality reviews.

  • Highlighting immediate compliance concerns
  • Performing other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working for a bank or financial institution.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of PC computing environments, including familiarity with alert monitoring tools and reporting/query tools.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying problems and developing effective solutions.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities.
