About the Role

Partner Growth and Acquisition is a key driver of revenue expansion and business success at Howl. As Partnerships Director, you will successfully co-develop and execute acquisition initiatives and accelerate enterprise creators' revenue performance and increase lifetime value.

In this role, you must thrive in fast-moving environments, take full ownership of business objectives, and see challenges as opportunities to build and innovate.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will drive Book Acquisition, Book Expansion, and improve Howl’s go to market materials and strategies.  

  • Cast and Acquire New Partners: Actively source key creators to successfully deliver brand budgets. Work directly with creators and with agencies to set the stage to cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with creators, understanding their category and brand affinity.
  • Build Media Plans: Develop tailored media strategies to support brands within your portfolio by connecting creators to the right activation offers for each segment and campaign. Use data to optimize performance and recommend improvements with each campaign.
  • Lead Onboarding and Community Monetization: Execute end-to-end onboarding and drive long-term engagement and monetization. Refine engagement tactics and onboarding materials. Coordinate contracts, follow-up communications, host creator training and lunch and learn sessions, refine creator content.
  • Manage and grow a  High-Value Portfolio: Oversee top-performing creators, sign creators into Howl Select, and ensure sustained revenue growth and retention.Implement scalable strategies to increase earnings and align with business objectives.
  • Enhance Product Growth: Collaborate with product teams to improve platform features and creator experience.Leverage creator insights to refine marketplace differentiation and retention strategies.Work with Brand Partnerships to improve monetization structures.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in creator partnerships, growth strategy, business development, or revenue-focused roles within a marketplace, SaaS, e-commerce, or tech platform.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth, increase creator engagement, and optimize performance across a high-value portfolio.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data insights, business intelligence, and performance tracking to drive decision-making and strategy execution.
  • Deep understanding of creator monetization models, e-commerce revenue drivers, and decentralized content platforms.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with experience structuring high-impact monetization strategies.
  • Adaptability and a growth-focused mindset, thriving in an environment where experimentation and iteration drive success.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience, working with product, sales, brand partnerships, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with business priorities.
  • Must be US based

The base salary range for this role is $140,000. 

At Howl, we offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of base salary, incentive pay and stock options. Incentive awards are allocated based on individual performance. Certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
