About the Role

Tebra is seeking a skilled Content Marketing Copywriter to craft clear, compelling, and conversion-focused content that educates prospects and influences them to explore, demo, and purchase our healthcare software solutions. This mid-level role will focus on creating and optimizing copy that appears on our website, and down-funnel marketing materials to translate complex product features into benefits-driven messaging tailored to potential customers.

As part of our Content Marketing Team, you’ll partner closely with product marketing and customer marketing teams, contributing to the overall content strategy while playing a vital role in shaping Tebra's brand voice and messaging.

Your Area of Focus

  • Content Creation: Write engaging website copy, landing pages, one-sheets, lead magnets, and conversion-optimized materials that reflect Tebra’s product value and benefits.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Develop and refine CRO copy for our resource hub (The Intake) to boost engagement and conversions.
  • AI Prompt Engineering: Leverage AI tools and platforms to enhance content creation. Experiment with prompt engineering to generate better results, refine messaging, and uncover innovative ideas. 
  • Product Messaging: Maintain a messaging spreadsheet that captures and evolves Tebra’s key product features and benefits.
  • Editing and proofreading: Review and polish social media content, case studies, and other collateral to ensure clarity and consistency and maintain brand consistency. 
  • Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to align messaging and participate in brainstorming sessions, creative ideation, and feedback cycles.
  • Research & Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, healthcare topics, and competitor strategies to ensure content remains relevant and impactful.

Your Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in copywriting or content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
  • Strong ability to translate technical product features into customer-focused benefits
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail
  • Experience with CRO principles and creating conversion-focused content
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage feedback constructively and iterate quickly
  • Familiarity with EHR systems, healthcare software, or the healthcare industry is a plus
