About Giga

Giga builds the electrical infrastructure that powers the modern world. We manufacture transformers, switchboards, and modular data centers for customers across the United States and the globe. Together, our team combines fresh perspectives with deep industry experience to solve real-world problems for our customers. We move fast and think practically. If you're ready to make an impact in an industry that matters, we're looking for people like you.

About the Role

We’re looking for our first Content Manager to build and execute Giga Energy’s content strategy from the ground up. This role will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing content across our owned media channels—including organic social, newsletters, and the Giga blog. You’ll work closely with demand generation and sales to craft compelling messaging, develop thought leadership, and support account-based campaigns with high-impact creative assets.

The ideal candidate is a strong technical writer with an editor-in-chief mindset. You should be able to translate complex energy and infrastructure topics into engaging, digestible content for our target audience. If you have experience in the energy, electrical, or infrastructure space, even better.

This position reports to the Head of Marketing and offers a unique opportunity to shape Giga Energy’s content strategy at a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own Giga Energy’s content strategy across blog, newsletters, and social channels
  • Write and edit high-quality technical content that resonates with our target audience
  • Plan and execute an editorial calendar, ensuring a steady cadence of engaging content
  • Partner with demand generation to create and launch account-based campaigns, including ad creative and messaging
  • Optimize content for SEO and organic reach, increasing visibility and engagement
  • Analyze performance metrics to refine content strategy and improve results over time
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content, maintaining a strong and credible voice in the market

You may be a good fit if you:

  • Have 4+ years of experience in content marketing, technical writing, or editorial roles
  • Have strong writing and editing skills, especially in technical or B2B industries
  • Think like an editor-in-chief, driving a high-quality, audience-first content strategy
  • Have experience with SEO, social media strategy, and newsletter marketing
  • Are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales and demand gen
  • Can translate complex technical topics into engaging, accessible content
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoy building processes from scratch
  • Have experience in energy, electrical, or infrastructure industries
  • Have worked on account-based marketing (ABM) content
  • Are skilled in ad creative development and digital campaign messaging

If you’re passionate about building efficient, data-driven revenue operations and want to have a direct impact on a company’s growth trajectory, we’d love to hear from you!
