Job Description:
Do you enjoy facilitating training and helping clients? Cotality has an exciting opportunity available. The Professional, Client Trainer is responsible for delivering engaging training opportunities for clients to unlock the value of our products. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and client success. You will perform the following duties:
- Facilitate high-quality, engaging, relevant product training for external clients.
- Monitor incoming training requests and identify client-specific learning needs.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to schedule training sessions.
- Develop learning resources, including presentations and bite-sized learning videos, to meet client objectives.
- Work with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and quality of training materials.
- Identify trends in client satisfaction and implement enhancements for improved learning experiences.
- Build and maintain effective internal and client relationships
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience facilitating training or related facilitation experience, preferably in a virtual or hybrid environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Strong organizational and preparation skills
- Previous experience in client/customer enablement preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance underwriting is a plus.
Annual Pay Range:
53,200 - 71,800 USD
