As a Client Strategy Senior Associate, you’ll partner closely with a diverse set of professionals who bring expertise across digital and traditional media channels. Together, you’ll work on exciting, multifaceted projects that truly impact our clients’ businesses. What You Will Do
- Develop and support full-funnel media plans that integrate paid digital channels with traditional media where beneficial, creating a cohesive strategy to meet each client’s unique objectives.
- Collaborate with media teams to manage budgets effectively, providing thoughtful forecasting and maintaining agility to optimize campaign performance in real-time, always aligning with evolving client goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, working closely with media and analytics teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive value for clients.
- Lead in maintaining project organization by overseeing operational workflows, schedules, and go-to-market operations, ensuring seamless project execution and prioritization.
- Engage in direct client communications to foster strong relationships, understand their evolving needs, and proactively identify growth opportunities with regular, clear updates across all touchpoints.
- Show flexibility and adaptability in using preferred client platforms (e.g., Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace) to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient workflows.
- Build a foundational understanding of each client’s business by analyzing industry trends, target audiences, and competitive landscapes, creating a strategy that aligns with their unique market position.
- Serve as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and external partners, advocating for both client needs and internal team efficiency to drive comprehensive media strategies.
- Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to define clear, measurable digital marketing objectives, laying the groundwork for effective campaign execution.
What You Will Bring
- 3+ years in digital media strategy or a related field, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- A collaborative mindset and a foundational understanding of insights management and analysis to support teamwork and informed decision-making.
- A growing comfort with client partnerships, enabling you to contribute thoughtful ideas and guidance.
- A solid foundation in digital marketing, with working knowledge of marketing digital buying environments and multi-channel marketing to help shape creative strategies.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides to support seamless data presentation and analysis.
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration with clients and colleagues alike.
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with structured project management methods.
- A curious approach to data analysis, allowing you to uncover insights and contribute meaningful ideas to client strategies.
