ABOUT THE ROLE
What you’ll do:
As the first Chief of Staff to the Founders, you’ll be responsible for driving mission-critical projects. This could include anything from revamping the student support function, leading a company rebranding project, or helping launch a new product. In this role, you can expect to:

Drive the highest-impact, most cross-functional strategic initiatives and outcomes across the company

Dive deep into data and processes to identify critical insights for the business and translate them into action

Own projects and business areas end to end, including revamping processes, identifying new features, and hiring

Partner with leadership as a trusted thought partner across the business
This job is for you if:

You have 5+ years of consulting or business operations experience in a direct-to-consumer startup, preferably at an EdTech or HealthTech startup

You love working with large data sets and identifying ways to improve operational efficiencies

You are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done successfully

You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

You’re a strong communicator and enjoy working cross-functionally (we are a startup after all!)
