As the Channel Director of the West Coast, you will be a key driver of Cyware's channel strategy across the Western United States. Your role will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, driving pipeline creation, and supporting sales initiatives. You will recruit, train, and onboard new partners, ensuring they are fully equipped to articulate and deliver the value of Cyware’s solutions. Your expertise in channel partner management will be pivotal in achieving revenue targets and enhancing Cyware’s market presence.

As the Channel Director of the West Coast, you will be a key driver of Cyware's channel strategy across the Western United States. Your role will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, driving pipeline creation, and supporting sales initiatives. You will recruit, train, and onboard new partners, ensuring they are fully equipped to articulate and deliver the value of Cyware’s solutions. Your expertise in channel partner management will be pivotal in achieving revenue targets and enhancing Cyware’s market presence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen business relationships with new and assigned partners
  • Identify and target new in-region partners; recruit, train, and onboard them effectively
  • Ensure partners are fully aware of Cyware's capabilities and differentiators
  • Clearly communicate Cyware's value proposition to partner decision-makers
  • Attend partner events as per business needs
  • Create and maintain metrics for each partner in the region
  • Work closely with Sales Directors to facilitate account mappings and joint selling motions
  • Partner with technical alliance partners in the region to create joint GTM strategies as per business needs
  • Drive pipeline creation through effective partner engagement
  • Support sales efforts by attending sales calls and explaining Cyware's value proposition
  • Develop a business plan to achieve target revenues and objectives
  • Execute on partner objectives set by regional management, including deal registration and quota retirement
  • Measure and report on the success of assigned partners to Cyware and partner leadership
  • Assist in developing support materials, including sales kits and marketing programs
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Training teams to ensure comprehensive partner engagement
  • Work closely with field marketing to deliver events and campaigns that generate interest among partners' customers

Who you are:

  • 8+ years of combined sales and cybersecurity experience
  • 5+ years of channel sales experience with accountability for partner-led bookings and revenue targets
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies
  • Proficiency in multi-level channel selling environments
  • Familiarity with selling and fulfilling solutions through the channel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into business benefits
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work remotely in a self-directed environment with strong initiative
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and G-Suite products
  • Ability to travel up to 30-50% of the time
  • Proficiency in Zoom and other UCaaS platforms
