Cafe Associate is a part-time (24-30 hours per week) ONSITE role in our Conshohocken, PA headquarters.
Delivering solutions for customers around the globe takes a huge vision – but it’s our eye for detail that drives us forward. Our new Cafe Associate will be responsible for helping out with the day-to-day operations of our Boomi Cafe.
What you will do
As a Cafe Associate at Boomi, you'll be responsible for helping prepare drinks, food and more. This role will partner with our Director of Global Real Estate & Workplace Experience and Cafe Manager to help deliver an exceptional workplace experience. Together you’ll offer a variety of items available to employees in our kitchen, pantries and most importantly, our new Barista Cafe. You’ll also be responsible for helping support catering needs for executive lunches, quarterly business reviews, team on-sites and more. To be successful in this role you should have work experience with various roles in coffee shops or cafes.

Having an outgoing and friendly personality is a must!
Requirements and skills

Work experience as a barista, server or in a customer-facing role

Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines and equipment preferred but not required

Excellent communication skills

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Customer service attitude

Experience with POS Systems a plus

24 - 30 hours per week

Additional certifications

ServSafe® Certification (can provide training and certification)

Compensation and Benefits
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This part-time role starts at $20/hr.
