Job Summary:

THE POSITION
Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. After finishing this program, you will have gained broad experience in various aspects live event business. You can also expect to apply your academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is a part-time position, up to 25 hours per week.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
- Assist the team with overall day to day tasks
- Help manage organization and counting of Festival credentials
- Help manage shipping of Festival credentials
- Help with marketing support as needed
- Maintain contact spreadsheet and keep it up to date with additions
- Monitor current events regarding sponsorship and marketing for music, wine and food industry
- Brainstorm ideas for future sponsorships or brands to participate
- Support smaller projects in connection with the sponsorship and marketing departments as requested by the legal team
- Proof certain documents and submit them to legal team for review
- Participate as requested in project and event meetings and maintain meeting logs
- Provide support to Legal and Sponsorship administrative assistants as requested
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for
- Junior or Senior standing
- Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
- A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
