The Services Operations Systems & Tools Team is looking for a skilled Senior Analyst to support Public Sector’s evolving system requirements and tools. The resource for this position will collaborate with Public Sector personnel and Salesforce Services and Sales resources. The ideal candidate should have experience administering Salesforce, be comfortable supporting out-of-the-box and custom tools, generate Salesforce reports and dashboards, and have an advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Perform administration duties on a suite of existing applications and tools, including project management, data management, scheduling, methodology, and reporting.

• Effectively be able to communicate application and tool status, accomplishments and roadblocks to a dynamic global team.

• Help generate and capture project requirements. Help assign requirement priorities and assign work.  

• Analyze Salesforce data and generate reports in Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets.

• Assist in the evaluation of new tools and make suggestions to management. 

• Assist in the creation of custom tools and applications. 

• General support on additional administrative or operational tasks from the Strategy and Operations team as needed.

• Combine all of the above with excellent communication skills, flexibility and a killer attitude.

• Work with team leads on responsibilities and distribution. Manage and assign tasks to team analysts. 

Experience/Expertise/Behavior Required

• Relevant practical experience administration or business analysis

• Strong professional communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail 

• Ability to multitask while managing deadlines, perform well under pressure, work independently and as a part of a team 

• High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity

• Demonstrated ability to produce results

• Extraordinary time management skills

• Detail and quality-oriented with the desire to quickly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies  

• Collaborative; extremely customer-service and team-oriented, especially in a fast-paced and rapidly developing business environment; ability to stay focused

• Self-starter

• At least a basic understanding of cloud computing and solutions, and the Salesforce product family

• Previous Salesforce product experience is highly encouraged & beneficial

• Familiarity with CRM and data management is a plus

• Ability to be flexible with a positive attitude and learn quickly in a dynamic environment

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $92,600 to $127,400.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $92,600 to $127,400.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
