About the Role: 

You'll be our point person for discovering new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and laying the groundwork for successful sales. Your role involves nurturing leads, connecting through emails and calls, and introducing our technology in an engaging way.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and qualifying new sales leads.
  • Reaching out to potential clients with engaging communications.
  • Presenting our technology solutions in informative sessions.
  • Understanding client needs to enhance their satisfaction.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Contributing ideas for reaching new markets.
  • Collaborating with our sales team to ensure a seamless process.
  • Staying updated with our latest products and services.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills. You're eager to get on the phone and call prospects.
  • Empathy, understanding diverse customer needs.
  • Resilience and tenacity.
  • Technical aptitude or ability to learn highly technical software products.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven business development or sales experience with a record of meeting sales targets.
  • Experience selling B2B and/ or software products.
  • Experience with CRM software like Salesforce.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or job related major.

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks: 

• The salary for this position is $60,000. This role includes additional incentive compensation based on a 70/30 split commission plan.
