ABOUT THE ROLE 

Teikametrics is transforming the future of eCommerce with our AI-powered Multi-Marketplace Optimization Platform, helping brands maximize sales across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok.. Teikametrics is seeking a highly motivated  and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. As a BDR, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, initiating contact with potential clients, and setting the stage for long-term partnerships. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects and act as a brand ambassador, helping to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.Success in this role will require excellent communication skills, resilience, organization, and a data-driven approach to consistently meet outreach and qualification targets.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery calls to understand potential clients’ needs and identify strong fit opportunities
  • Research and reach out to brands that would benefit from Teikametrics’ solutions, helping them explore how our platform can support their goals
  • Use a mix of tools and creative thinking to uncover high-potential brands and connect them with the right solutions
  • Collaborate closely with your Manager and the Marketing team to develop and execute outreach strategies aligned with our target customers
  • Track and manage prospects through the sales process to help build consistent and effective workflows
  • Become an expert on Teikametrics’ technology, services, and the broader eCommerce landscape to confidently guide conversations
  • Contribute to team learning by sharing insights, feedback, and best practices to support continuous improvement—for yourself and the team

WHO YOU ARE

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (SaaS or B2B experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement software
