What we're looking for

At Doppel, we’re unlocking tremendous potential for revenue growth, and we’re expanding our Business Development team to drive this momentum. As a BDR, you'll play a critical role in identifying high-quality opportunities by thoroughly researching and prospecting target customers, generating a robust pipeline of prospects, and ensuring leads with a strong likelihood of closing.

The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment, and is eager to accelerate their career growth. We value dedication, adaptability, and creativity. As a remote-first company, we’re hiring across the U.S., offering flexibility with the added benefit of regular in-person social events to foster connection and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Possess a hunter mentality to find and qualify prospects

  • Consistently maintain quota for outbound calls and qualified meetings booked

  • Understand and communicate technically complex products to sophisticated buyers

Experience & Qualifications

  • At least one year of SaaS sales experience, preferably in the cybersecurity space

  • Strong prospecting & research skills. 

  • Experience selling technical B2B SaaS and setting up POCs

  • Experience with Zoominfo, Apollo, and CRM tools, preferably Salesforce

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets & KPIs

  • Exceptional skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment
