We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our rapidly growing team at ePayPolicy. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in developing new SMB customer opportunities within the insurance industry. With a focus on exceptional communication skills and strategic thinking, you will identify and pursue leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for our sales team with high-value clients. Join us in driving revenue growth and contributing to ePayPolicy's expansion, and be a key player in our company's success.
In this role, you will:

Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other methods.

Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points, effectively communicating how ePayPolicy's solutions can address them.

Manage and maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system and prospecting cadence platform.

Collaborate with the SMB team and marketing teams to develop and implement campaigns for generating new business opportunities.

Continually refine and enhance BDR processes and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Make approximately 100 outbound dials a day.
What you bring:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the insurance industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.

Proficiency with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Google Suite is preferred.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of CRM software and sales automation tools.

Passionate, energetic, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
