Location

Our Business Development Representative - Enterprise will be an integral part of our team. This role is based remotely in the US. We are looking for individuals based in Eastern or Central time zones only.

The Opportunity

As a Business Development representative, you’ll be generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and prospecting through contacting and developing relationships with potential customers and new business opportunities. You will also build internal relationships with our sales and marketing teams. You will use methods, such as email, LinkedIn, multi-channel campaigns, and events / webinars to discover and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.  

 

Responsibilities

  • Attain daily metrics: identify prospects, outreach via email/phone/social media platforms, reach decision-makers and identify new opportunities 
  • Qualify and advance leads with consideration and accuracy 
  • Stay current with the latest offering/product/service information
  • Clearly understand and communicate our compelling value propositions
  • Share ideas and feedback with the team to help cultivate/maintain an inclusive and collaborative environment
  • Provide enthusiasm and support to help the team scale and improve processes 
  • Some travel may be required
  • Partner with assigned AE(s) to develop engagement with Named Account List

 

Qualifications

  • Based in East or Central time zone
  • Highly collaborative and organized
  • Demonstrates a history of achieving and reaching for results
  • Models problem-solving and resolution proficiency 
  • Exhibits ability to manage customer and employee relationships
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated person who is positive, all-inclusive, and dependable 
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to be flexible in an evolving team environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and excited by growth

Bonus Points

  • Proven experience selling SaaS B2B/ cloud products or services.
  • Experience as an outbound BDR focused on the Enterprise segment
