BAE Systems is looking for an intern with an interest in the Business Development lifecycle, capture data management/data analysis Customer Relationship Management (CRM) administration and development, and functional efficiency efforts. The qualified candidate will have the opportunity to assist in design and development of technical capabilities in support of all phases of the Business Development lifecycle.
Salesforce and BD admin responsibilities include support for the following areas:
Account planning.
Identifying, qualifying, and capturing new business opportunities.
Gathering, analyzing, and evaluating information collected on customers, competitors and other market factors that can contribute to a business's competitive advantage.
Building strategic customer maps and engagement plans.
Specific tasks may include:
Advancing and implementing technical capabilities to support various Business Development functions.
Functional task efficiency discovery, analysis of alternative and development/deployment of solutions.
Data analysis and management in Salesforce.
Business Development administrative tasks may include developing and/or reviewing reports, presentations or documentation.
Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status.
This position is a hybrid format involving a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, with time split between working onsite and remotely. Remote/hybrid work authorization requires consistent, reliable internet service allowing for effective telecommuting and reliable personal transportation for commuting and movement between BAE Systems southern NH campuses.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Currently enrolled or recently graduated BS/BA degree in Business or a technical degree with a Business minor or concentration or equivalent experience. Experience using MS Office suite of programs (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Must be comfortable working independently, as well as part of a collaborative team in an often-virtual environment.
Must be able to obtain a US Secret Clearance
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Proficiency with MSOffice suite.
Experience with M365 Cloud-based Sharepoint and MSTeams required
Salesforce and/or data management and analytics tools experience preferred, but not required
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $43847 - $59143
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
