Dante is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our consulting services and technology solutions. This position requires a blend of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and exceptional communication skills to effectively convey the value of our offerings to potential clients. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients through various channels. Generate at least 3 Million Dollars in annual revenue.     
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client prospects to foster long-term partnerships. 
  • Solution Selling: Understand client needs and propose our solutions that align with their business objectives. 
  • Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to complete RFPs. 
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the President & CEO. 


Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in a sales role within a technology or consulting environment. 
  • An established network of contacts  
  • Strong understanding of Cloud Native architecture and serverless solutions using the AWS cloud services platform. 
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions and consulting services. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. 
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques. 
  • Must have U.S. citizenship or Green Card.

Salary: $120,000 annual salary + commision
