As a key member of the Virscient team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing key business relationships with top-tier silicon vendors, chip manufacturers, and distribution companies. Key Responsibilities:

· Channel Partnership Development: Cultivate strategic relationships with silicon vendors, chip manufacturers, and distribution partners to drive business growth and broaden market reach.

· Channel Lead Generation & Deal Management: Leverage your network and nurtured partner channels to generate new business leads, allocate leads to the appropriate team members, and lead negotiations to secure favourable deals.

· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and continued business growth.

· Reporting & Market Insights: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales progress, market trends, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

· Revenue Growth & Sales Execution: Drive revenue growth by identifying new revenue streams, developing sales strategies, and leading the team in closing high-value deals with end customers.

· Sales Strategy & Market Expansion: Validate and drive the company's global sales strategy by identifying and prioritizing key international markets and expanding channel partners to meet strategic growth objectives.

· Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, product, marketing) to ensure alignment on product offerings, sales strategies, and market positioning.

What are we looking for

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. MBA is a plus.

· Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the semiconductor industry, specifically focused on silicon vendors and/or chip/module distribution.

· Industry Knowledge and Networks: Deep understanding and established networks within the semiconductor and silicon vendor industry, including key players, particularly with tech partners such as Nordic, Infineon, STMicroelectronics, Analog Devices, NXP Semiconductors and so forth, market dynamics, and technological trends.

· Engineering Experience: Possess significant experience and knowledge in both software and hardware engineering services a bonus but not essential.

Deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, including market trends and competitive dynamics, with a proven track record of driving end to end sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

· Technical Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of silicon technology, chip design, and distribution. Effective at communicating complex technical products to align with market needs.

Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and aligning strategic initiatives. Influences stakeholders to gain support for business goals.

· Analytical Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and sales performance to develop solutions and capitalize on emerging opportunities in a dynamic market.

· Effective Communication & Presentation:
Clear and persuasive communicator, adept at presenting complex ideas. Delivers compelling presentations to executives, clients, and technical teams

· Proactive Leadership & Initiative:
Takes initiative to anticipate challenges and implement solutions. Leads teams to achieve goals while adapting to changing market conditions.
