What new Business Analysts can expect when they join Partners in Performance:

The Business Analyst role is an entry-level role in which you would be immediately exposed to being the frontline change agent for our clients. You are the primary source of reliable data and rock-solid analysis, providing the fact base the improvement team uses to make decisions in real time.

 

Other responsibilities include:  

·       Assisting with the delivery of measurable improvements and in the implementation of processes and systems that will sustain ongoing improvements, especially by supporting prioritization and problem-solving

·       To work closely with other team members and client team members to collect/analyze data and provide insights

·       At times, the business analyst may be given the opportunity to take on front-line coaching roles, especially with client analysts, to broaden their management experience.


Key competencies for Business Analysts

To be a successful consultant at Partners in Performance, you not only need to be an outstanding academic performer but also be dynamic, passionate, and prepared to roll up your sleeves and work inside our clients’ businesses.  You need to care about people and developing them, as coaching is a big part of our success

 

What you will need to become a member of the Partners in Performance consulting team:

·       Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university, with excellent results (distinction average)

·       Excellent problem-solving skills, including analytics

·       Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to coach, influence, and build trust with peers and clients

·       Demonstrated passion for results

·       Must be fluent in English

·       Excellent communication skills, including ability to respond clearly to hard questions under pressure, and to use visual tools without assistance to assist in communicating insights

Above average knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel (Power BI advantageous)

At Partners in Performance, you will learn both the traditional management consulting toolkit plus the Partners in Performance business transformation methodologies; you will be coached to be able to coach and develop clients and colleagues, and you will participate in a wide range of formal and informal training opportunities.  You will acquire many skills you need to position yourself for a future leadership position.

Right to work in Canada and/or the United States is required and candidates need to have a preparedness to travel, including internationally.  Partners in Performance does not sponsor.
